So, the premise at least in the first video is that men and women are moving in opposite directions, but it sounds like you're saying they're both becoming more conservative, just men are moving that direction faster than women. That's what I think is happening and I think that's what you're saying here.
Yes, based on what I read, compared to millennials, Gen Z is more conservative for both sexes. In order of conservatism/religion, the order is:
1. Gen Z men, high % identify as conservative and religious.
2. Gen Z women, majority are conservative and religious.
3. Millennial men, not sure if it's the majority. Still a lot of atheists in this group. But politically, conservative.
4. Millennial women are rabid liberals. Not much change.
