I am truly saddened to read this.

Gary Potter and I developed a close friendship in the late 1990s when I was a student at Catholic University of America.

I was not in contact with Gary for about 15 years now. I so regret having not stayed in communication.

Requiem aeternam dona ei Domine et lux perpetuam luceat ei. Requiescat in pace. Amen.

I had a conversation with B. Janzen today. He has some interviews of Gary Potter. Gary was a one-of- kind lecturer I was told... as I didn't know him at all, in Canada.
Janzen founded Triumph Communications, c.1980's and remarkably Gary founded:
"...Catholic journalism in 1966 as a founding editor of Triumph magazine...
