Does anyone have a proxy server, so that they could sign in, as being "in Belgium"? Perhaps download it and put it in the CathInfo library, assuming such a thing is possible? Then we could each upload it to our own machines?
Or, Matthew, is this such a crazy use of bandwidth, that I deserve to be strangled with an RJ11 cable, and forbidden to act like I know what I'm talking about, where computers are concerned, ever again?
I was an IT administrator back in the days, early 1990s, when the only requirements for such a job, were knowing how to turn on a computer, and having a pulse (pulse optional). I tried to get Novell Netware certified (back when that was a thing) and failed the first test, after that I just gave up. A bit out of my wheelhouse.
I had proxy server software until just recently, when I decided that the $79 renewal fee was impossible to justify. Being able to watch European TV online (by pretending to be in that country) gets old after awhile. I get everything I need from Roku.
