If "THEY" really want incriminating information then not only the priest's cell phone but every cell phone of those present at a chapel is a sneaky means to achieve that.
Nothing new here...in '88 in France coppers demanded the complete list of the names of every single parishioner, like 100K. There has been an attempted murd er on an abortion "docter", and the state zoomed in on FSSPX . The secratary was scared so he gave the fat stack of names and addresses. Then the prior was super upset when he found out in the afternoon. Not too much harm was done, thank God!, because the list that was surrended was only former / expired subscriptions:laugh1:
Moral of the story: If some law enforcement people want to enter your premises, then demand to see their Judge approved search warrant. Here in Canada, Churches are considered businesses, no different from a Wallmart or Petland.
