Hardly.

Of all the reasons he cites for the increase of diabolical activity, he fails to cite the New Mass as the #1 reason for it.  Tridentine Mass being offered all over the world used to flood with grace and thwarted diabolical activity.

#2 reason is the emptying out of the monasteries and convents, as the prayers and sacrifices of religious also militated against diabolical activity.
