Face Masks
« on: November 25, 2020, 02:39:37 PM »
I personally have only worn the face mask once.  My 6 yr old son needed emergency care, and the ER told us they'd refuse care if we didn't wear one.  Of course as soon as we were allowed entrance we took ours off.  Other than that, NEVER.

So far, in my locale, I can go into any store without a mask.... Some places stop me at the door and put up a fight, then they give-in and I shop as usual..... with one exception.... Goodwill.  Those guys hounded me, I kept telling them to beat-it, then they finally refused to sell me anything, so I was forced to drop the $4.30 merchandise and walk out.

And to the shame of my fellow countrymen... I am typically the ONLY person in the store without a mask.  Maybe there is one other guy I might see, but that is it.

I never wear a mask.  Our grocery store knows me and it is no problem and the staff bothers no one.  It is the staff who would like very much to not have to wear one.  I have been offered a mask.  I say no thank you. sometimes I will take it, and just put it in my pocket. Never in our church. At Sprouts, a staff insisted that I wear one. I asked him if it was in the air. Oh, yes he said.  Well, I have not seen any dead birds or animals.

They'd refuse emergency care over something like that? Wow. Had no idea that you could get into med school being a complete idiot, but here we are.
