  • Exorcists have seen a rise in demand for their services, probably because of an increase in interest in the occult, the Catholic News Agency reports.

    Following a meeting in Rome of the International Assocation of Exorcists, a spokesman for the group, Dr. Valter Cascioli, said that “the number of disturbances of extraordinary demonic activity is on the rise.” The situation, he said, is “becoming a pastoral emergency.”

    A good old fashioned exorcism would have been in order when JPII kissed the koran and accepted pagan blessings.
