I would spend inside of ten nanoseconds worrying about what Protestants dream, and what they don't.

That is one big, huge sticking point I have with Vatican II's assertion that the Holy Ghost operates through non-Catholic soi-disant Christians.  If He does, then why in the cat hair does He not "bring them all the way home"?  Why does He leave them in such error, in such large numbers, for so long?  Is He powerless to blow the doors off their error, and let the scales fall from their eyes for the first time in their lives?  He led me from error to truth, and I was nothing special, just a misguided, unchurched, heathen kid from the hill country.  Why me and not them?

There's indeed some kind of "ghost" there, but holy?  Not so sure about that.

In my misspent youth, I once went to a Pentecostal service with a friend, not to worship, just to see what was going on.  The evil was so thick, you could almost smell the sulfur!  All kinds of hollering, jabbering, and people getting "slain in the spirit".  I ran out in terror!  My friend had a real issue with my reaction.
