  • Depends on how the question is structured. If it's open enough for a mental reservation, you could do so. Such as if the question were "Have you had the vaccine?" You could respond, "I've had it." as in saying "I've had it with this vaccine business." Another suggested by someone else on here was saying you are fully up to date with your vaccinations, without specifying which.

But mental reservations walk a fine line between truth and lies, so it really can only be applied in particularly strenuous situations and rarely. Otherwise you could fall into a habit of lying. At least, this is the advice Father gave us in his sermon recently.
"Be not therefore solicitous for tomorrow; for the morrow will be solicitous for itself. Sufficient for the day is the evil thereof." [Matt. 6:34]

"In all thy works remember thy last end, and thou shalt never sin." [Ecclus. 7:40]

"A holy man continueth in wisdom as the sun: but a fool is changed as the moon." [Ecclus. 27:12]

If you want to be confrontational, then answer a question with a question.  Say,
    .
"Before I answer this question, I would like to know what other medical issues we are going to be discussing today?  Are you going to be asking about everyone's HIV status?  Are you going to ask what other contagious diseases everyone might have, like Hep C, AIDS, measles, mumps, or smallpox?  Are we going to go around the room talking about our sɛҳuąƖly transmitted disease history?  All contagious diseases should be treated as dangerous, with the same degree of concern.  If we are going to talk about Covid, then we need to discuss these other dangers too."
    .
Or...Tell them this is none of their business, and it's a HIPPA violation to ask about your personal medical history.  Ask them if you need a lawyer present to monitor the questions?
    .
Don't be bullied.  Employers have no right to know this.
    .
However, based on your state, with employment laws, they may fire you (worse case scenario).  But you'd have a case to sue them.

  • Statement of Declination for Offer of Influenza Vaccine Product 1. YOUR NAME, a living woman retain and reserve all of my God-given rights including sole possession and sole use of all my biological materials which are granted to me by my Creator. My employer and location of employment have offered an influenza vaccination product to me pursuant to and satisfying the requirements of YOUR STATE Health & Safety Code COPY AND PASTE INFLUENZA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE HERE. I retain the right to decline all attempts to access, influence and or otherwise alter any and all of my God given biological material and or biological systems which are unique, flawless and original design and craftsmanship of my Creator and of which my Creator has granted me sole possession, proprietorship and use of. I require that any and all product offered to me by my employer or workplace be both entirely retrievable from and also removable in its entirety from my body, person, and womanhood at the conclusion of each and every work period and or work shift and also and again at the completion of my contractual obligations with my location or employment, and or employer. Pursuant to my above statement, I decline the offer for influenza vaccination product. By: YOUR SIGNATURE DATE YOUR PRINTED NAME All Rights Reserved

Adjust as needed. There is a health and safety code for every state you can look up.
Legally it is important to address the vaccine as PRODUCT that is being OFFERED to you, which gives you right of refusal. Then the ball is no longer in your court.
Also the last paragraph  which states that the product has to be eradicated from your body when not at work actually shows a form of cooperation by you that the employer cannot comply with.
Believe it or not  I have read this declination has worked in the past  and somehow ticks a legal-ese box that flummoxes  employer legal departments. Usually they are unable to respond to this and will leave you alone. I personally have not had the need to use this myself.

  • Thanks for the replies, mgr just informed me that the unvaccinated will be required to take rapid testing. My thinking is not to tell them my vaccination status for now but not sure how this will play out. I work for a Canadian bank fyi

  • Have you taken any testing before?  I'm assuming it's the nasal kind?

Let's face it, a "Canadian (ʝʊdɛօ-masonic) bank"  doesn't look like a good outcome.

It would be prudent to bide your time and look for something else... farming, for example.

"Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it underfoot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi

  • I agree.  Don’t take the nasal swab tests.  They puncture your nasal/brain cavity and will screw up your sinuses (maybe worse) for life.

You can request the spit test and avoid the swab-infection.

  • Ask the employer how much does the company get for testing for covid?

And if you get covid after getting tested or vax, can you hold them responsible for any problems?

May God bless you and keep you

The manager may have said that, but I think that being tested would be just as invasive to your right to privacy. I'd check out your rights here. It will depend on your location how flexible they are but I think a bank would be the worst case scenario, esp a Canadian one.

Tell him you identify as being vaccinated.
-I identify as masked and vaxxed.
-Slavish fear is the deadliest virus.
-“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear: but of power, and of love, and of sobriety.” (2 Tim. 1:7)

  • My employer just announced today that they're requiring it, but (thanks be to God), there is this clause in the announcement:

    Quote
Under federal and state law, exemptions for religious beliefs may also be requested.

  • You can also request a medical exemption.  If the mandatory issue comes my way, I will apply for both, medical and religious.
