  • The Wage Gap is a myth which refuses to die, because of feminist propaganda which refuses to admit reality.

For those unaware, the Wage Gap is the idea that women make 77 cents for every dollar a man makes.

The figure was created using the following formula:

(Total dollars earned by women / # of women working)
    --------------------------------------------------------------
(Total dollars earned by men / # of men working)

A person with a brain might see the flaws in the formula:

    A) It doesn't take into account the different FREE career choices of men and women. No one forces women to choose teaching or childcare over lucrative (but dangerous and hard) jobs on oil rigs, construction, septic/sewer, etc.
    B) It doesn't take into account the reality that women are more inclined to take time off to have babies, childcare, and work-life balance
    C) It doesn't take into account that men are more aggressive, competitive, and inclined to risk-taking in general, especially as regards career, because many of them are still breadwinners and trying to support families

A, B and C completely explain the apparent wage gap between the earnings of "all men" and "all women".

But feminists believe in a UNIVERSAL conspiracy theory of a "patriarchy" forcing women to choose lower-paying careers I guess?

Furthermore, it's easy to prove their lunatic conspiracy theory wrong:

    1. If women really did as much work just as well, for 77% of a man's salary, then businesses would certainly hire as many of them as possible (choosing profit over some nebulous "loyalty to the patriarchy or good ol' boy's club". Money talks!

    2. If a single woman anywhere in the USA has any level of proof that she is paid less per year (or per hour) solely because she's a woman, she can sue her employer and probably win.

  • Once again, it comes down to leftists being out of touch with reality.

They've seen too many movies, TV shows, and caricatures of conservatives, and have come to believe their own lies about them.

They actually believe that most men would sacrifice wealth and prosperity on the altar of "the patriarchy" or "maintaining White superiority".

Think about it for 10 minutes. Try to think with their worldview. They must think corporations hate non-whites and women with a passion, since they are statistically under-represented in many careers. They believe as dogma that all men and women are equal and interchangeable, even on this earth. They think big, bad white executives are willing to cost themselves money -- making great personal sacrifices even -- for the cause of keeping non-whites and women "in their place".

See how sick they are? It's no wonder they're ready to riot, αssαssιnαtҽ politicians, and cause all manner of chaos. They are delusional.

I'm sorry, but most employers in power would "betray the cause" and hire a non-white over a white if the non-white were better qualified and promised more success and prosperity for his company. Same for the gender issue: if a women were better suited for a job, any employer -- even men -- would hire her for the sake of their company.

At the end of the day: Money talks, and bullcrap racism/sexism walks.
