Have you ever seen a traditional priest or nun wear a wedding band? I've haven't seen it.

I am pretty sure that the cspv Daughters of Mary wear wedding rings. As for priests, there apparently is the practice by where a bishop secretly gives one to a priest in the hope that one day he have need of it/becomes a bishop.

Not wedding bands per se, but plain rings that could appear to be wedding bands.

Yes, the the ring practice has been around certainly since the 7th and 8th century. However, I am not particularly fond of it.
