Thanks. I just have a few more questions.
I can see 'ante' and 'post' before and after each hour. I am guessing these are to be done. Also do I to find different texts for each day of the week or for the feasts of Saints? Or is this automatic on the website? Or on a seperate page?

Again, here's what I do:
Matins: ANTE: Aperi Domine os meum......Domine in unione illius.......Pater, Ave, Credo....Domine labia mea aperies....Deus in adjutorium meum intende.......Gloria, Alleluia.......
Now just pray beginning with Invitatory.
Matins ends with the Te Deum. You will see right under the Te Deum, either a link to go straight to Lauds, or a Domine exaudi..... with the Collect following. If you aren't going straight to Lauds, say the Domine exaudi....and the Collect, then the ending prayers at the bottom and finish with a Pater.
If you go straight through to Lauds, NO ANTE PRAYERS. Begin with the first Antiphon.
If you come to Lauds at another time, make the Sign of the Cross, then a Pater and Ave, then Deus in adjutorium meum intende.....
Then pray.
If I am going straight into Prime, I do not say the Pater and the Commemoration of our Lady at the end of Lauds. I save them for the end of Prime. If you are not going into Prime, then complete Lauds with the Commemoration of Our Lady.
I say the ANTE prayers once per day. I begin all the other Hours with the opening prayers, as you see on the pages. Most Hours begin with a Pater and Ave. Matins and Prime begin with a Pater, Ave, and Credo. Compline begins with Jube Domine...
Whenever you combine Hours, you need not say the opening Paters, Aves, etc. So, for example, when I pray Terce, Sext, and None together, I begin with Pater, Ave, Deus in adjutorium......
Then I pray the Office and end with the Collect. Then I go straight to the next hymn, down to the Collect, which I again repeat, then to the next hymn, down the the Collect. Then the ending prayers and the Pater.
At the end of Compline, I say the POST: Sacrosante....
Normally by this time I'm very tired, and so I pray the Commemoration of our Lady, then a Pater, then the Sacrosancte....
Then I am licensed to snore!!!! LOL!!

On the website everything is done for you. All changes according to the Feast. You just read what they give you. And this allows you to discern the ebb and flow of the Office, the differences among ranks of Feasts, among the Commons, among the Seasons, etc. etc., quietly and over time. :)

WHEN TO MAKE SIGN OF THE CROSS:
When you begin any Office.
ON YOUR LIPS at the Domine labia mea aperies.... (Matins)
At the Deus in adjutorium meum intende.....
At the adjutorium nostrum in nomine Domini..... (Prime/Compline)
At the Benedictus. (Lauds)
At the Magnificat. (Vespers)
On your chest at the Converte nos (Compline)
At the Nunc Dimittis. (Compline)
At the Divinum auxillium.... (Commemoration of our Lady)
I believe the website has a big red cross where you need to make the Sign of the Cross, but it doesn't say on what part of the body.
