So, I have a routine dental cleaning this week, and my dental office texted me a link to a questionnaire that MUST be completed before my appointment.  All questions have Yes/No responses. The first question is:

Have you been fully vaccinated (including 2 week period following last dose)?

The rest are basically the questions encountered prior to the jab (symptoms, etc).  A few even look like they never bothered to update them based on recent state requirements post-vaccine implementation (regarding travel, quarantining, etc). 


THEN at the bottom there is a place for my signature to attest that questions were accurately answered, "to the best of my knowledge".

Thoughts? Advice?

  Trust me.  I've thought about it.  But, in my state, I suspect they are all the same.

My sister in law went to the emergency room of a big city hospital because she had high blood pressure and they asked her the same shots question. When she answered no, they said good, then we can test you right away. They said they had to wait I think four weeks to tests after the shot because it raises the blood pressure (or something like that.) So, you never know. 

P.S. - I get really bad plague on my bottom front small teeth, I am a plaque machine. When the corona thing happened back in April 2020, I stopped going for my 6 month cleanings (which i always stretched anyways) and so now I have not gone for like two years. My teeth are spotless. I bought my own tools and do it myself.

In 1989, an oral surgeon refused to remove my wisdom teeth because of a single response on a questionnaire, this time about AIDS.  It asked whether you had spent two or more weeks in certain places within the last six months.  San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Haiti, or any Haitiian community.  I had been in New York for three weeks over Christmas vacation.  Despite having absolutely no actual risk factors, I was refused.  The questionnaire was composed by The Cleveland Clinic and nearly all dental offices in Ohio were using it.  I ended up waiting several months and seeing a dentist back in New York.  There was no problem at all.  No questionnaire, just needed general health information.  Fear and paranoia are contagious.
