Title: Conditional absolution

I once confessed some mortal sins to a priest. He gave me absolution with the stipulation that if I ever commit the sins again his forgiveness is removed. I was addicted to a certain extent and commited some of the sins again. In my mind that means I am still in mortal sin. What can I do to remove these sins? I've been receiving communion for a long time without giving the absolution a second thought. After all this time I've suddenly realized the implications of that conditional absolution. It is making me depressed and reluctant to say my daily prayers or to go to Mass. Any suggestions?

I dont think a priest can "withdraw" absolution. You can certainly make your confession invalid by not having any intention to change your life or to try and not commit the sins again. Not unless he put certain conditions on the absolution which you had to fulfill. In the case where you commit the sins again (provided you are sorry and are going to at least TRY and change that) just go to confession AGAIN.

The saints just didnt go to confession a few times. They went OVER, and OVER, and OVER....

He might be trying to suggest that if you soon fall back into mortal sin after confession, then your original repentance of these sins was not likely true or sincere.

Father Alphonsus Marie said that knowledge of future weakness, of likeliness of falling again, does not invalidate the sacrament.
