Came across this by complete accident, but glad I stopped by to watch the video. My family and I were fortunate enough to have Father Jacobs at our Chapel for the last few years....he was recently transferred to Arcadia.

He is a very humble priest, very holy, and very caring...he married 2 of my children and baptized 7 of my grandchildren.

He is unique in that he preaches these types of sermons regularly, which is rare for an SSPX priest....he even preaches against NFP (again, rare). The people of Arcadia should consider themselves blessed to have such a priest.

Good to see there are so many people I remember that are still posting here on CI.

Thank you for the first hand info! Being confined to my home here in Canada I've been listening to Fr. Burfitt's sermons from Our Lady of the Angels in California and now Fr. Jacobs' since he's been assigned there.
I wish there was a place where these Masses/sermons are stored.

Good sermon, though he says video games don't belong in a Catholic home AT ALL, which while I can understand where he's coming from I'm not sure if I agree. Also about using devices at work and owing your employer your work, I dunno, modern work is nothing like work used to be, it's all about squeezing the workers as much as possible to maximise shareholder profit, workers need down time and that's not just a short tea break (not saying you have to look at a screen).
