Author Topic: Ciborium found in trashcan!!! (Read 1250 times)

On Saturday, September 15th, just two days ago at Queen of Angels SSPX Traditional Roman Catholic Church, When it came time to recieve Communion, the pastor found that the key to the Tabernacle was missing. A search began all over the sacristy. They found the key, but they also found something else... the Holy Ciborium that contains Our Lords Body in the trash can!!! Even worse the Holy Eucharist's were and still are missing!! 50-75 Eucharists were taken!!! Father says the person(s) who did this (if they were catholic) have automatically recieved an excommunication limited to the Holy See (meaning no priest,bishop etc.cannot give them absolution! Only the Pope has the power to do so!) and that they have brought down a curse on themselves and their families for generations to come! We have no idea who did this, but thats not important right now. Reparation must be made! Please Pray that the Eucharists are returned intact and undesecrated! Also, please pray for Father S. He's feels that it might be that God allowed this to happen to punish him or the congregation for our sins!

Just plain awful. I'll pray on this unfortunate event in the Blessed Sacrament chapel. I'm so sorry for our Lord being treated with such contempt.

Our Lord's passion continues today in His Mystical Body (the Church) and in sacrileges committed against the Most Blessed Sacrament.

Smart priest. I believe that it is our sins which allow bad things to happen. Not necessarily his or the parish's, but sin is so rampant now, taken altogether I wonder that God sends us any blessings. I read a story once about a misused host which refused to be destroyed. They even threw it in the fire and it was not touched. Wish I could remember the whole thing, but I can't. The goodness of God is greater than the evil of men.

I get really angry when I hear about sins such as this!!!

It would be great of everyone who heard of this spent some extra time on their knees before the Blessed Sacrament in reparation!
