  • Catholic Medical Assn: No Health Care Bill Better Than Pro-Abortion One

Washington, DC -- The Catholic Medical Association has released a new analysis of the health care debate in Congress and concludes that no health care bill is better than one containing abortion funding. The analysis comes at a time when President Barack Obama is relying on left-wing Catholic groups to build support for the bills.

  • Had a friend that used to belong to that association....gave a great talk on Catholic culture..states it is big time pro-Republican neocon..at end of one conference, some guy got up spontaneously and sang "God Bles AMerica"..this after laying out how USA is the center of Culture of Death.....Americanist and acording to my freind, very status quo....

Again, nice if they came out 2 fisted during a GOP Administration, but guess that would not give them a seat at the Kings table...
Proud "European American" and prouder, still, Catholic

Personally, I do not think that you are going to stop a woman who wants an abortion from getting one, until the practice is declared illegal, and to enforce it, the punishment would need to be death for both the doctor and his/her "patient."  Considering all the problems with executions these days (especially, lethal injection and electrocution), it seems to me that the only effective form of punishment would be the guillotine, not only for a successfully procured abortion but for all murders, violent crime, etc.  Death is fairly instantaneous, it is always effective, and offers a very good deterrent against criminal behavior.  And, yes, I think that executions should be public, at least for those who want to witness them.
