Yes. It's left to the employer to impose the mandate. WI's Supreme Court, Senate and House are all Republican-controlled, so they shot down any measures that would've imposed draconian mandates through State law.

The more employers manage to get employees to comply with testing and gene editing shots the better their ESG score which gives them a better "credit rating" with the banks and other perks.

Well, that would explain why my own employer is so adamant about reaching that 100% jabbed threshold.

It's similar for my husband in Vermont.  He got a religious exemption from his hospital in the Fall, but he needed to continue the weekly testing.  When he got COVID in January, he stopped the weekly testing.  So far, they have still not required him to test weekly again, but I fully expect that requirement to kick in again at some point.
