I don’t fully understand your question. The Diocesan Latin Mass you attended has been canceled. What is meant by “in the Norvos ordos of course as a millennial?”
What has being born around 2000 have to do with what you should do about Mass? “Norvos ordos [Novus ordo] of course (?)” means what? “Of course” refers to what?
What you present as your choices seem more than a little peculiar.
Ignoring them, I’d advise you to find a traditional Mass not so closely attached to the novus ordo or conciliar church. You mention an SSPX Mass two hours away. That, to me, would be your best option providing the priest isn’t from the novus ordo, not conditionally ordained. Assuming you are in your 30’s, in good health, and have a vehicle up to driving four hours, why not? If gas and tolls are too expensive, consider attending every other week or once a month. If you have obligations on Sunday preventing you from being gone so long or during certain hours, I’m really not sure.
While it’d be great to have a large number of fellow Catholics willing and able to start a chapel, that’s something that will not happen quickly. Ask around about people hosting Mass in their homes, or perhaps you could get together with others and host a Mass in your home. That, too, takes time, the right facilities, the basic supplies, the cost of the priest’s transportation, food, possibly overnight accommodations.
MAYBE, investigate an Eastern Rite, but be sure it’s Catholic, not Orthodox as in schismatic. I’d recommend first familiarizing yourself somewhat with the language, the actual rite, and if it seems like Vatican II, stay away. You may as well return to the novus ordo as attend anyplace that is headed down the road of modernism.
Someone said to move. If that’s possible, I’d at least consider it. But do not burn your bridges unless you’re willing to endure the consequences. If you have a family to support, make sure they’re on board with you. There’s Faith, and then there’s rash judgment.
You may just have to go without. Keep the Faith as much as you can without Mass, priest, or Sacraments. If there are others, even just one person, with whom you can pray the Rosary, or meet to read the Missal, do that. If not, catch a livestream Mass. Make spiritual Communions, confess your sins to Christ directly. Try your best to have perfect contrition. Stay out of mortal sin.
Were you practicing the traditional Faith during Covid? If so, go back to going solo. (I don’t know what conditions were illegally imposed upon you, but I went nearly three years without Mass, by myself, some of that time without even internet.) I don’t recommend it, but if God allows it, offer it up. Pray the Rosary daily and Our Lady WILL not let you down. Christ does not abandon those who do not abandon Him.
