Since the DARK WINTER exercise of 2001, held just prior to the events of September 11, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has been incrementally developing on-demand gene editing tools that are both universal and remotely driven, designed to be used against all biological life, specifically humans. In conjunction with CLADE X, these two exercises demonstrated the release of a biological agent that was unknown in nature in all of history. Today, we know this agent to be SARS-CoV-2.
DARPA has established the Nucleic acids On-demand Worldwide (NOW) program, which “will allow for rapid and distributed manufacturing of nucleic acid-based medical countermeasures.”
What are Nucleic acids? In the form of DNA and RNA, nucleic acids control cellular function and heredity. They are in every cell of our body and responsible for preservation, replication, and expression of hereditary information, whether natural or synthetic.
Make no mistake, this is a military operation to bring about a post-human world. Once DARPA researches and tests its designs, they turn those designs over to the private sector for global implementation.
The NOW program aims “to develop a mobile medical countermeasure (MCM) manufacturing platform that will rapidly produce, formulate, and package hundreds of doses of nucleic acid therapeutics in mere days – rather than months or years.” Over a decade ago, DARPA was able to engineer and manufacturer medical tools in 60 days. Since the advent of COVID they have trimmed the time down to days. The goal is dual-purposed:
To install a treatment platform in every person on earth.
To develop remote universal treatments for every disease on the planet.
“The system promises to provide significant advancements over current cell-based methods, with the resulting product allowing for end-to-end synthesis of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) quality materials, even in austere environments.”
For example, by genetically fusing humans with various creatures that can withstand deprivation of food and water and survive the pendulum of extreme hot and frigid cold, humans will be able to also live in austere, hostile environments.
The mobile nature of the NOW platform aims to provide immediate threat response anywhere, with a readily accessible nucleic acid MCM manufacturing pipeline. Once the initial platform is installed in a human body, like a plug-and-play mechanism, remotely relayed drugs and "vaccines" will be deployed, anywhere and anytime, with no consent necessary as you previously gave your ultimate consent, once for all.
According to DARPA, “This mobile manufacturing system is designed to fit into a CONEX box and taken ‘on the go’ for stabilization and humanitarian missions in addition to traditional military operations,” noted Dr. Amy Jenkins, NOW program manager.
The NOW program will be organized into three phases. In the 36-month Phase 1, “performers will investigate new bio/chemical methods to synthesize nucleic acids (Technical Area 1), and explore downstream purification, analysis, and formulation of newly synthesized material (Technical Area 2).”
In the 12-month Phase 2 of the program, performers “will focus on system integration to finalize a contained, end-to-end mobile manufacturing platform.”
During the 12-month Phase 3 portion of the program, in coordination with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, performers “will focus on a human clinical study that directly compares a NOW-derived product with traditionally manufactured material.” Thus, full platform functionality will be demonstrated.
Contracts have been awarded to Moderna, Inc. and GE Research to advance the goals of the program.
“These teams are well positioned to combine the novel approaches to nucleic acid cell free synthesis and the required system engineering approaches for a distributed manufacturing system to ensure the NOW program requirements are met,” noted Jenkins. “Upon program completion, the NOW platform could have important commercial applications by providing increased MCM production and manufacturing during periods of high demand.”

Opposing all genetic manipulation of our body has become a priority. Who would have dreamed that in our generation we would see a return on the assault to taint the bloodline of humanity so comprehensive that it makes each person falling for this gene editing ineligible for salvation. The last attempt at this operation was is described in Genesis 6:6 in the Bible. While DARPA believes it is developing this platform whispers and management from one of the 200 fallen angels is the ultimate manager of this project. The goal is to herd humanity into the Virtual Twin realm of Satan. Ponder this for a moment: If the lofty goals of these types of programs were successful and every man and woman on the planet were jabbed then no flesh would be left alive, except for the sake of the elect, the days will be shortened. Beware.
