Sounds like people do better when they live among their own kind.

The War on Poverty that was part of LBJ program post 1964 sent Social Workers into the Black Neighborhoods
and encouraged the married women to either leave or divorce their Husbands and have as many children as
they want and were paid by the government extra monies for each child.
The children grew up fatherless and fell into violent street gangs that is a training grounds of what is
going on today. We have now mindless adults that burn and loot and even kill and believe it is perfectly
normal to behave in this matter.  The mass media even glorify and promotes it. The media justifies it
because many Blacks were slaves 150 years and more ago. 
Meanwhile, Whites were encourged to have less children and use birth control because of a false global
overpopulation problem.  
All these plans were executed by Marxists because they needed brown shirts to carry out their plans
for violent revolution.
While many of my generation were fighting a communist boggeymen in Vietnam, the communist took over
the schools, colleges, and Universities  and turned out three generations of indoctrinated Marxists.
