No, blocking out the Sun -a completely absurd thing- won't hide the second coming of Jesus. When Jesus comes it will be evident to everyone:

For as lightning cometh out of the east, and appeareth even into the west: so shall the coming of the Son of man be." (Mat 24:27)

The lightening quote and shine quote is about how he will appear as his glorious return.

The transfigured Christ, where he shines like the son.


If he comes as a theif at a time no one is expecting, why does Daniel 12 count the days till the end of the antichrist reign.

He's here for three years

Our Lord was speaking about His death, burial, and resurrection, not the second coming.
