It's a matter for the authorities of the state.
Quote from: TelesphorusIt's a matter for the authorities of the state. That's what's wrong with this country. Anything here from spanking a kid to yelling at them get's labeled "abuse" by the state. There is more child abuse in foster homes than what there is in the average home. Here in Texas getting shipping a kid off to foster care is like giving them a death sentence. Almost every day or two there is a story of children in foster care being sɛҳuąƖly abused and malnourished and left to die by their foster parents. The CPS doesnt even keep track of the kids it takes into custody, they just give them to whoever will take them if not just dump them on people. Parents no longer have any rights over their children in America.
