I think Don Trump reminds me of Hugh Hefner, the playboy! Yuk!  As for solution:  The True Mass and Rosary.  

My husband told his only sibling/brother, "remember brother when we were altar servers?"  His brothers remark, " That's for you brother, not me!"  They are both age 60 and 62.  Very sad!

We should all think of how we might answer/conversate with others about God.

I walk a path at the rec. center and say 2 rosaries to myself.  I get stopped every now and then.(my rosary is in my hand at my side).  One lady told me it was Satanic. A elderly man asked me, "is this all I do all day?"  Some young men get in my path and snicker and I have to report them so they will be moved.  

Should we be so surprised?  I ask the Holy Ghost to help me when I least expect the unexpected.

Our neighbor next door is a Lutheran minister.  He asked me years ago if Billy Graham was a Christian.  I said, well, he thinks he is.  The neighbor said, how is that.  I said, well, if there is One True God, is it not true there be One True Faith.  The neighbor said no more.

I am sure we have all come across such incidents and wonder just how it was managed and the outcome.

Yesterday I was at a family gathering  and my brother and his brother-in-law were discussing Donald Trump.

Below was my fist comment that already got my brother very angry with me yesterday.

Then, my brother proceeded to tell me, "The problem is that people do not work together."

Then, my brother asked me for a solution. I told my brother we need to get back to sustainable living. He only got more angry with me.

It seems to me your brother thought you were taking sides with Liberals environmentalism and Prince Charles.

I am finding out many people form their beliefs systems based around money and if this economy collapses the wake-up call will be brutal.

I know a man who believes he is a devoted patriot, and as a Veteran, he volunteers for the benefits of Vets all over the country.  We were having a conversation about politics and I mentioned something about Trump that wasn't exactly enthusiastic, and he accused me of not liking Trump.  I said, "I didn't say I don't like him."  He challenged me again, and I replied, "The thing about Trump that makes me cautious is, that as president, he could suddenly change course without any warning."  The Vet calmed down, and agreed:  "He could change course."

I don't think I was thinking of the same thing as the Vet was when he agreed with me.  

It comes down to one's Faith.  Donald Trump is not Catholic, nor is he openly faithful in a religious sense.  He doesn't want to offend anyone's religious sense, but that can work both ways.  

As such, I tend to agree with your quip, that he's a distraction for the coming economic collapse and WWIII.  A lot of his followers see him as a SOLUTION to the imminent economic problems and military threats against America.  But without a firm faith in the true God and the one true religion, a political leader could easily go off the rails and head into the wilderness even while he THINKS he's doing the right thing.
