Are we obligated to do this?

  • So I was at my non Catholic half sister's house (I wasn't raised going to Church) and I was thinking about how birth control pills kill fertilized eggs. I wonder if we are obliged to tell any non Catholic couple about this since they most likely wpuld be using some kind of birth control and even if they don't believe in what the Church teaches the killing fertilized eggs thing would be enough to get a lot of heretics or schismatics who are pro life off of birth control pills. I was going to tell my half sister about this but my mom rushed me out the door. I am considering just emailing a lot of family members about this to spread the word.

  • Use this chart to see whether or not you have a duty to admonish:

  • Am I the only one who doesn't know about The Trad Forum?

The rest of us have seen, yawned, and moved on.

We already have CathInfo, a much larger, more established, solidly Trad forum with a 14+ year track record for stability and the best future survival prospects of any Trad forum on the Net, since it's self-hosted.

Unless one has 8+ hours a day to sit around and read/participate in forums, why join every little forum that comes out? When you get busy you're only going to check "the big one" anyhow.

  • Cryptinox:  Yes, give information out.  www.OneMoreSoul.com  Man made synthetic hormones act on the brain. To turn off the cycling. The drug makes for little or no bedding if there was a conception.  So, a conception would not be able to implant.  But that website should be just fine.  But are your sisters married.  Many are not marrying and just living together. Then that is another story.

  • You sound like you’re a minor still under parental authority.  I’d say admonishing your relatives about so private a matter is definitely NOT your duty.  Yes, pray for them, pray for Our Lord to send the right person to inform them of how most birth control chemicals work.  You actually have no proof they are using abortifacient birth control, and it’s really none of your business.

  • I agree with Seraphina. It's none of your business and you might ruin your relationship with your sisters or cause trouble with your brothers-in-law. You have no idea if your sisters are on the pill.  Once a friend of mine told me that her brother in law upbraided her because he assumed she was contracepting. What he didn't know is that his brother- my friend's husband had herpes and passed it on to her. She can't have children as a result.

  • You only have your thoughts to go on. You imagine she is contracepting. Even if you were in the position to correct her (in the case that she was contracepting) you would need to understand how contraception works and how it fails. Do you know how to explain that? And are you willing to do that. As Seraphina and Dymphna have advised it is really not your responsibility.

I was planning on doing something like this.
    "So you're pro life correct?"
    "Yes"
"Ok I got something important to tell you."
"You know birth control pills right? Did you know that they actually kill fertilized eggs? I would recommend getting this information out to anyone you know who is on the pill and to stop taking it if you are."

  • I don’t think it is good to talk about fertilised egg. After all if a human egg is fertilised, it is actually a baby not an egg.

  • I would just approach it by sharing, "You know what I just found out!"

    and

"I had no idea about that.  I'm blown away by how many abortions are taking place every single day because of this."

Use "I" instead of "you" and you aren't admonishing anyone, just sharing astonishing information you've discovered.

If you want to really paint the picture:  "I'm just shocked that we are actually flushing our babies down the toilet in this country."  :( smh
I exposed AB Vigano's public meetings with Crowleyan Satanist Dugin so I ask protection on myself family friends priest, under the Blood of Jesus Christ and mantle of the Blessed Virgin Mary! If harm comes to any of us may that embolden the faithful to speak out all the more so Catholics are not deceived.
