As long as you wear rubber boots while smoking you should be fine.

Just my intuition, but I suspect anytime you inhale something that would make a non smoker cough, it can't be good for your lungs. Whether it is as bad as the media and government make it out to be, I don't know, but I just don't think it could be considered healthy.

Electric cigarettes aren't as enjoyable to smoke as real tobacoo, and I bet lack the health benefits.
