I was able to download the forms and Wow are they deep in digging information about everything in our past.
a couple of examples:
Childhood and Adolescences-discribe your family life when you were a child, include memories of pre-school and school years, quality of the relationship with your parents. What was your parents marriage like, was there abuse, divorce, mental illness.that is just a sample of the questions.
Courtship and Engagement-this has 18 deep probing interrogatives and in my case ours didn't even happen across the board. She was pregnant after knowing her a month?
Wedding-another 9 interrogatives that we did not do any!she was 6 monthes pregnant in the wedding  I never had a clue at that time there was so much to marriage.
Separation and Divorce-That's a real hot potato,i have plenty to say and it it falls in the canon 1095.2-3
After wrestling around for years about this, and wondering if it was even possible I have found that I have so much disorder and at the time of marriage. That I have become convinced that this marriage has so much lacking,in so many ways it's a wonder it lasted as long as it did?
After starting this I have come to realize that Fr.Flood was correct to allow her to separate, that I have held contempt for this priest for the past several years, and have had to change my position.
