Holy based. I wish sspx priests were more like that, I've seen ladies without veils, backs and chests exposed, sleeveless shirts, slit legged dresses, tight clothes all receive communion...
It appears you're looking in all the wrong places...and at Communion time no less.

Does your remark change or solve what is happening in that chapel?

It is almost impossible not to notice more extreme immodesty as @AnthonyPadua has described, and it can be noticed without staring for extended periods of time.

I don't see these same rebukes given to those who notice the absurdities in the Novus Ordo.

It is possible to take an inadvertent glance at the communion rail or line and notice in an instant anything AP mentioned, with no deliberate intent to see things which you shouldn't see. Couple that with an attendance at a chapel over a number of years and it is not at all unreasonable to have witnessed everything he described. Why assume the worst?

The first time you see something there is no sin, but if you look again you are taking a risk. When a women dresses immodesty that risk increases significantly.

You can see what someone is wearing beforehand and notice them go to communion.  if the church is small and cramped you are likely to notice those around you as you make room for others. The first time you see someone there is no sin.
