Title: About keeping the Lord's day
Post by: Kephapaulos on April 01, 2007, 08:18:18 PM
I am unsure about this . Is it a mortal sin at all to buy food from a restaurant or any plave that sells food then if you have food already stored away, although it is not the best sort of food to eat?

I don't think so. People do have to eat. And it doesn't fall under the Third Commandment. What we can't do is manual physical labor, including shopping and grocery shopping, for 2 hours, I believe.

No, I am pretty sure it won't be a mortal sin, since our SSPX priest has gone out with us to China Town on a Sunday before.
