I presume you are talking about the epistle and gospel being read in Latin and then in two or more vernacular languages. I've never seen that done but I don't know why there would be a problem with it. After all, I've also been to Masses in which the epistle and gospel are not read in the vernacular at all!
I have been to a couple of chapels which have one Mass where the epistle, gospel, and sermon are in English and another Mass where the epistle, gospel, and sermon are in Spanish.
