... and the worst part is I can't post to help him realize the Orthodox are really heterodox!
Someone get him this link and any other sites you can find against the Eastern schismatics:

I'd also like to add that the patriarch of the Rusky Orthodox is a KGB agent. :furtive:
-
If the Novus Ordo is the Catholic Faith, then why not?
-
I don't understand your question.
-
I mean that if the "Orthodox" Church is a means of salvation, and is in "partial communion" anyway, why not go ahead and "cross over"? Paul VI even "lifted" the excommunication of 1054, so why not !?!?!?!?
-
"lifted" you mean, heresy can't be forgiven unless the person stops being a heretic.
-
When you say a member of fisheaters I assume you are speaking about michaeorapronobis. Will somebody let me know if they have already given him those site links, I don't want to bombard him with links if he already has them. By the way, does anybody know what specific branch of orthodoxy he converted to?

He said he went to a beatiful Byzantine or Russian liturgy or something, and he wants to go because his fiance (who he loves very much) likes it and a TLM is too far away or something.
-
Sadly, geography often determines theology in these difficult days.
-
That is ridiculous that he is letting his fiancee who is in the process of converting to Christianity influence him on going to the Traditional Latin Mass or not. If he loves her so much he shouldn't allow her to become an orthodox for the good of her soul. If I remember correctly she was going to be baptized by an SSPX priest and was formerly some type of pagan. I highly doubt she has much knowledge about the different types of churches (Catholic/Orthodox). If the Orthodox liturgy is so beautiful they should seek out an Eastern Catholic Church.
