We’re only with our first so we don’t know if this varies by child. She says “dida” and “chita” when asking for milk because we say “lechita,” which means “milk” in Spanish (but is a diminutive like “milky”) when referring to milk.
I had a teacher who jokingly called it cow juice. As children, it wasn’t anything but milk in our family.
