Fr Peyton never did say the luminous mysteries, as they were invented after his death.
Father Peyton was a Novus Ordo priest.
Father Peyton was a priest ordained in 1941 in the definitely valid traditional rite of Holy Orders, not in the questionable new rite. So he is not a novus ordo priest. He may have offered the Novus Ordo Mass. I presume he did. If he did not, I doubt very much if he would be a candidate for sainthood in today's church climate.
