  • I did my own research and found it's mostly single men that prefer pets to children. Married couples are still more likely to own a pet. Yes. Americans are choosing pets over children but it's like a 1% change from 2013 . Also it seems to be completely fueled by white millennials not having children.  The real story here is why are white millennials struggling to get married and have children? I don't care about some crazy internet fad started be some feminist minority.
