I'm envious ... I want to pressure wash the outside of the house and had hoped to paint a tractor (will put off until next summer), the extra therms would be useful for things drying quickly.  But I always run out of summer before the summer projects list is done.  Here in southeastern Washington the September high / low temps are 80° / 46° F, we won't see 90° F again until next May.  The October average high and low temps will be 65° / 37° F.  Our weather does seem to be moderating, we don't seem to have as many days of single digit temperatures nor as much snow accuмulation as I remember growing up.
