These objections are thoroughly addressed here:

In short what Pope Pius IX is saying is that a non-catholic who earnestly seeks God may be saved but only because God in His mercy will make sure that before the end of his life he hears and believes the Gospel and gets baptized with water.

A non-catholic who dies without water-baptism or without professing the Catholic faith will certainly NOT be saved:

While Brother glossed over this passage quickly, the quote from St. Robert Bellarmine is very solid:  "They cannot enter a Church of which they are ignorant."

Yes. Here's another one:

Quote
St. Robert Bellarmine, De Gratia Et Libero Arbitrio, Book 4, Chap. 10: “… in every matter the mode of desiring corresponds to the mode of knowing; for desire follows knowledge, nor is it possible that someone desires an unknown thing.”

In other words: "Out of sight, out of mind". This should be common sense so the fact that so many people believe in BOD/BOB (the bad versions of it), is evidence that there is something spiritual going on with it.

Excellent.  Thank you.  This is why St. Robert limited "Baptism of Desire" to Catechumens only.

At least that was Fr. Feeney's concern in an article somewhere here:

Father Feeney's The Point – A Catholic Newsletter (wordpress.com)

T
hat shouldn't surprise us because impurities in the eucharistic species may also invalidate the Eucharist (Pope St. Pius V, De Defectibus).
That's is not pleasant to hear... Is there any reason to believe a baptism is invalid because of this?

I'm just going to leave this last link here.  Though, I don't support the SSPX or their current positions, this is an article from 1986 and really shows the errors of the Feeneyites, using many good sources, tradition and basic reason.
