  • Unfortunately no new evidence, Breviary isn't infallible etc. Most people do agree with the general point though, that her being a Catechumen does not necessitate her being unbaptized.
Regard all of my posts as unfounded slander, heresy, theologically specious etc
I accept Church teaching on Implicit Baptism of Desire.
    Francis is Pope.
    NO is a good Mass.
    Not an ironic sig.

  • The video is really good, I've actually heard the whole St. Emerentiana appeal to history fallacy used first hand to combat the necessity of water baptism so I'm glad they made this video. Sadly, most people think that their missal or whatever they hear from their priest (whether valid or not) is the Church teaching them what they are bound to believe... Great video though for sure I hope it helps out some people on here who unfortunately don't believe in the dogma.
“The Roman pontiff is the true vicar of Christ, the head of the whole church and the father and teacher of all Christians; and to him was committed in blessed Peter, by our lord Jesus Christ, the full power of tending, ruling and governing the whole church.” Council of Florence, Session 6

  • It is possible that one saint was not baptized by water. Therefore all the Jєωs who died in the h0Ɩ0cαųst are in heaven.

  • She was canonized by her bishop (year unknown) before the end of the 11th century when the Church required that all beatification & canonization must have Holy See approval, and not be done solely by bishops. Bishops aren't infallible. The Holy See is infallible. So canonization by her bishop doesn't guarantee that she died a saint. The inference here is "baptism of blood" in still only a theory and not Catholic doctrine. Anyone who uses her as "proof" of "BOB" is using an illogical argument.
