Fr Feeney was excommunicated by John XXIII, who unlike Paul VI and others was a true valid Pope.

Fr Feeney's excommunication was then retracted by the false conciliary church. Which means that he is still excommunicated, unless you consider Bergoglio and others as Popes. If you consider Bergoglio and others as Popes.

According to your very own EENS false dogma, you are a heretic and not part of the Church.
:laugh2::laugh1::laugh2:  John XX111 was a true pope?  I don't think 99.9% of other Sedes would agree with you, man.

Correction : I said John XXIII but it was Pie XII who excommunicated him.

However, John XXIII did not cancel the excommunication order of Fr Feeney, and it can be argued that either Pie XII or John XXIII were the last valid Popes. All of their successors were definitely not Popes.

Only Pie XII or John XXIII (before his apostasy during the Vatican II council) could have cancelled the excommunication.

In this docuмent from Fr Cekada, proof that the arguments of feyneites are invalid in the light of canon law.

Irrelevant.  Fr Feeney was excommunicated for disobedience (same as +ABL) not for heresy.

When did excommunications become irrelevant , exactly?

Bp Lefebvre was excommunicated by a non-Pope. So, that excommunication is worthless and no one needs to care about it.

Fr Feeney was excommunicated by Pie XII, who is a valid Pope. That excommunication is valid.

He wasn't excommunicated for his views.  He wasn't a heretic.  So the excommunication has nothing to do with his books or ideas.  Are you able to grasp why this matters?
