And I am also getting into his lectures on Sacred Scripture, which is also quite profound. I am told that Bro. Francis memorized large portions of St. John's Gospel in Greek. Bro. Francis relates the story that Frank Sheed once visited the St. Benedict Center back in, I believe the 50's.  Sheed told Dr. Maluf (Bro. Francis), "I have been all over the world, but what you all have here is sort of what the Christians had in St. John Chrysostom."   
I suspect Bro. Andre Marie could answer copyright questions.

I am not a lawyer, but in the US I think you are safe since this would be a transformative work, from one medium to another. Worst case, though, you might have to defend it in court, wasting time and money.
