If your reply is "yes", then please provide that authoritative reference.
If your answer is "no", then please stop presenting ideas that are not supported authoritatively with Church references.

As I already said, the answer is yes. John 3:5 itself contradicts your scripture annotation. I honestly do not understand why you would think otherwise.

This contradiction is aptly demonstrated by the question asked by forum member ihsv earlier in this thread.....

Quote from: John 3:5
Jesus answered: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Can a man enter the Kingdom of God without being born again of water and the Holy Ghost?

Yes or no is an acceptable answer.

I already answered, you are the one who did not answer - now's your chance!

Yes or no is an acceptable answer.

You posted your annotation, I posted my annotation. I cannot agree with your annotation because it not only disagrees with the actual scripture - and obviously so - it also disagrees with my annotation.

So since the onus is on you anyway, I will propose the same question to you -  Is there any authoritative Church source that has ever taught or authoritatively stated that my annotation is wrong?

See, BODers are much like sedevacantists in that they avoid answering clear questions, presumably because they can't answer without admitting they're wrong. For example, I replicated ihsv's question which you have still not answered: "Can a man enter the kingdom of God, without being born again of water and the Holy Ghost?"

Yes or no, please.

The Scripture Annotation for John 3:5 says (in the margin note) "Baptism in two cases not necessary but otherwise supplied".
