I doubt it.  There's some issue with the quality of this recording.  You can hear the same thing in the voice of the guy who introduced him.  Almost sounds like it's slightly sped up, like with Alvin and the Chipmunks.

So, I found this.  Beginning at about -14:00 (14 minutes left), there's a recording of him speaking when he was about 77 years old and struggling with various illnesses (including Parkinson's).  So, considerably deeper there.
