Explicit BOD for Catechumens only Clergy

Does anyone here know of any traditional Catholic clergy who believe in BOD but only the strict Thomistic version of it and only apply it to Catechumens and not pagans? I remember seeing this chapel in Illinois that posted something about invincible ignorance not saving and Fr. Pfeiffer giving a sermon saying that it doesn't save but those are the only ones I know of.
