The livestream shows a priest saying Mass in a chapel about the size of a laundry room, and without an altar boy.

Are there any monks in this "monastery"? Why does one of them not serve Mass? Or is this a one-man monastery?
Not sure. The website uses a lot of "we"s, but Fr. Short is the only member actually named.

Livestream from this past Sunday shows there were at least four Mass attendees

I watched portions of this Mass video, and I will say that such a video would be very good for someone seeking to refine their understanding of the Latin in the Mass, perhaps someone just starting out with the TLM.  His Latin is spoken clearly and at a moderate pace.

He really needed to have a server.  Perhaps the big guy on the left side could learn how to do it.  The Latin required of a server is not a terribly daunting thing.
