In my debates with Feeneyites they often ask me if I know what Father Feeney taught. The answer to that question is, "yes I do". Father Feeney taught that no one at all can be saved unless they are physically baptized with water. The "Brothers" Dimond teach the same thing but there is a slight distinction between their teachings and Father Feeney’s. The unschooled Dimond brothers teach that one cannot be justified by Baptism of [Desire] the Holy Ghost while the more learned and fluent in Latin Father Feeney knew that the Council of Trent infallibly taught that one could be justified by the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. He also knew that to be justified was to be in a state of sanctifying grace which is also the infallible teaching of the Church. But in order to preserve his heretical teaching that it is impossible for any human being to obtain the Beatific Vision unless they are physically baptized with water he came up with the absurd claim that one justified and in a state of sanctifying grace through Baptism of Desire cannot obtain the Beatific Vision because only Sacramental Baptism is the gateway to membership and the Church and therefore Heaven.
