    • Only the elect will ever leave earth. When a dsmned soul dies he is immmediately transported to hell which is the bowels of the earth. There he will remain until the general judgment, which will be in earth, namely in the valley of st Johosaphat, likewise all who ascend will pass the waters above the firmament. This seemingly shows that all who ascend will be baptised.
