  • I am currently reading Consoling Thoughts of St. Francis de Sales: On Trials of An Interior Life

    From page 30:

"There is great reason to fear that the soul which, for a long time, has served its passions and affections, would become proud and vain, if in a moment it were made perfect mistress of them."

  •  :reading:Abandonment to Divine Providence...in a clear plastic bag because I read in the tub!
St. Francis Xavier threw a Crucifix into the sea, at once calming the waves.  Upon reaching the shore, the Crucifix was returned to him by a crab with a curious cross pattern on its shell.

  • Who Are You O Immaculata?
    By Fr. Karl Stehlin
If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.

  • I try to maintain daily reading of theology and history.

The Way of Salvation and Perfection by S Alphonsus for meditation and The Great Commentary of Cornelius Lapide for the spiritual side.

Hit List by Belzer (examines the murders of witnesses to the JFK assassination). For history.

Just finished Nixon Unmasked by Gary Allen. An excellent, well researched book which explained a lot.

Kaz, if you have not already read them you may enjoy:
The South was Right by Kennedy
Barbarians Inside the Gates (Vol. 1) by Donn Grand de Pre
None Dare Call it Treason 25 yrs Later by Stormer
