2003 BBC docuмentary called In Search of William Shakespeare

240 minutes in all, I've just watched the first hour.
I think folks around here will enjoy it.

  • I'll watch this after work. There's a book out there all about this titled Shadowplay. I haven't read it yet, but it gets good reviews.

  • Thank you! I'm a sponge for anything Shakespeare. I remember Dr White saying it's becoming more widely accepted that Shakespeare was Catholic. It looks like there are other titles there that I would enjoy as well.

  • Thanks! I'll have to check that out.  I'd love to think that the Bard is ours.  Especially since some of my Catholic ancestry is from England.
