Remember this? A bit of a flashback, but many on CI probably haven't seen it. Enjoy!
Christopher Lee, in old age, released a regular Metal album with Charlemagne as its theme. This song is symphonic metal (which is much better, due to the orchestra background. I personally don't like metal)
He has a great Bass voice in this song. He portrays a king very well.

A fantastic artist.
He had such a presence that he didn't even have to say a word. Look at all his Dracula movies.
He claimed to have docuмented ancestry to Charlemagne.

Christopher Lee was related to Robert E. Lee as well. :cowboy:

He had an amazingly interesting life overall. At one point he won scholarships for studying Greek and Latin, was in the RAF, intelligence as a spy, a veritable .007 (and, interestingly, his cousin was the authority of the Bond novels). He had enough adventures for several lifetimes.

He did an excellent job reading the Children of Hurin by JRR Tolkien. Amongst the other audio productions he did.

He was a man of many talents ... that could have been put to great service for the faith. He referred to himself as an "Anglo-Catholic," since his father was a British Anglican and his mother an Italian Catholic.
