    • Do you think that the way women were treated in the book Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, is a somewhat Catholic attitude even though the characters are Anglican?

    •   She advocates hypergamy. That is girls marrying boys who are from a much higher class. It happens and sometimes it works. But it cannot be made a general rule as different classes have different views and lifestyle which may lead to disagreement in marriage.
