I laughed out loud at some of the casting. 
It would definitely be -- interesting -- to say the least.

Probably would cost 1 billion to make, with all the A-list actors they'd be hiring.

To each his own but I never understood the appeal of LOTR as literature or the film franchise. 
The same goes with Harry Potter,  Star Wars, Game of Thrones.

Except for Mel all the big name actors are dead.
Nice to see how they all looked younger. They forgot to use Russel Crowe
